Type locality
Cova d’en Manent [original citation: “Cova Manent, 1.200 m. altitud, a una media hora del pueblo de Olopte, no lejos de Puigcerdá”].
Type material
Holotype ♂: MZB 78-2076, type loc., 28-VIII-1966, F. Español, C. Ribera, R. Viñas & I. González leg. Paratypes: MZB 78-2077 / MZB 78-2124 (84 ♂♂, 158 ♀♀), same data as holotype. │ MZB 78-2125 / MZB 78- 2132 (18 ♂♂, 25 ♀♀), type loc., VIII-1966, C. Ribera, R. Viñas, A. Miravitlles, A. Traver & D. Pérez leg.
Remarks
Type series consisting of the holotype ♂ (referred to as “Tipo”, article 73.1.1.) and numerous paratypes (with no details) from three caves in the Girona Pyrenees ( Español, 1967). We have only been able to find in the MCNB collection the specimens from the type locality (holotype and paratypes; a total of 103 ♂♂ and 183 ♀♀). Nevertheless, Español (1967) mentions paratypes from “Cova de Olopte n.º 1” and “Cova de Olopte n.º 4”, also deposited in the Museum.
