Diagnosis. The forewing length is 13.0–14.0 mm in males and 15.0 mm in the female examined. Teulisna fimbriata is similar to T. bucseki sp. n. and the detailed comparison is provided above in the diagnosis of the latter.

Distribution. The species is known from China (Hubei Province) ( Leech 1890), Northern Laos ( Bucsek 2020) and Northern Vietnam (Lao Cai and Hoa Binh Provinces) (present study).
