Termitomyces

BLASTn searches of the ITS gene sequence revealed that our Termitomyces isolates, ZHKU22-0157 and ZHKUCC 22-0293, have their closest matches exclusively with Termitomyces aurantiacus strains (TERM029, G33, SL1882, TERM044), previously named as “ T. cylindricus ”, with a 100% similarity. Additionally, the ITS gene sequences of the fungal symbiont Termitomyces aurantiacus have been deposited in GenBank with accession numbers (PQ813649, PO813650).
