Type locality

Puerto de Leitariegos (south slope) [original citation: “León: Caboalles, au pied du versant sud du pic de Leitariegos”].

Type material

Syntypes: MZB 78-2472 (1 ♂, 3 ♀♀), type loc., Paganetti & Hümmler leg. (ex coll. R. Zariquiey) .

Remarks

Type series consisting of a large number of specimens (with no more information) deposited originally in the Biospeologica collection ( Jeannel, 1924a). The specimens in the MCNB, mounted on the same pin, have a label with the inscription “ TYPE ” printed in red letters. In the MNHNP general collection (box 52) we have located part of the type series, examined by J. Mª Salgado: two specimens and a genitalia with red labels with the inscription “ TYPE ” printed in black, and eight specimens with the same label “ TYPE ” as MZB 78-2472 .
