Stem usually procumbent. Leaves small, narrowly linear; basal lobes indistinct or absent. Valves from slightly longer than to nearly twice as long as the nut. Nut c. 1 -8 mm, longer than wide. 2n = 56. Arctic. Fe Rs (N).
