Stem more or less procumbent, not rooting at nodes; internodes 0-5-2 cm. Basal leaves suborbicular-cordate, thick and fleshy. Achenes scarcely longer than wide. 2/z = 32. 9 N.& W. Scotland, W. Ireland.
