Dedicated to Christian Vanderbergh, who collected a part of the type specimens.
DESCRIPTION
Externally identical with P. vestigium, Pronotum and elytra about 0.1 mm smaller. Micropunctation on the margins of the pronotum sparser, but within the known range of P. vestigium .
Aedeagus about 1.9 mm long in the middle. Parameres small and long, extending apical the apex of the median lobe. Ventral side of the median lobe with a long, slender baso-median process and a pair of carinae. Outer sides of the carinae separated by 0.15–0.16 mm.
COMMENTS
I do not designate females from South Sudan as paratypes because a ♂ is still missing to confirm it is the same species .
