Present status. Phalonidia lydiae (Filipjev, 1940) .
Comments. A vial containing genitalia preparation № 2259 of the male lectotype is empty, and the genitalia are presumably lost. Therefore, I provide here an image of the male paralectotype genitalia instead.
Taxonomic notes. The genitalia of the male holotype from “E Russia, Ussuri District ” were illustrated by Razowski (2009). However, since the species was described from multiple specimens and no holotype was designated in the original description, the specimen illustrated by Razowski should be designated as the lectotype. Female genitalia were not illustrated in the original description. In his paper, Filipjev only mentioned that the female genitalia of the new species differ from all other species by the presence of chitinous wrinkles on the ductus bursae. Razowski (2009) noted that the female genitalia of lydiae Fil. remain unknown. Thus, an image of the female genitalia is provided here for the first time .
