Description. Female: Body black, covered with adpressed pale narrow scales. Apex of rostrum, antennae and tarsi red-brown. Rostrum robust and straight, about 1.2 times as long as pronotum, about 3.7 times as long as wide at apex, about 3.0 times as long as wide at midlength, about 3.3 times as long as wide at base, subglabrous apically, punctate in middle and basally. Forehead linear, 0.05 times as narrow as rostrum base width. Eyes large, convex, finely faceted. Temples slightly shorter than eyes. Vertex coarsely punctate. Antennal strobes lateral, directed obliquely toward beneath the base of rostrum. Antennae geniculate, inserted laterally near middle of rostrum. First antennomere long, about 4.2 times as long as wide at apex, not reaching eyes. Second–third antennomeres long-conical. Second antennomere about 2.3 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.6 times as long as and about 0.6 times as narrow as first antennomere. Third antennomere about 2.1 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.6 times as long as and about 0.6 times as narrow as second antennomere. Fourth–eighth antennomers obconical. Fourth antennomere about 1.7 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.7 times as long as and about 0.9 times as narrow as third antennomere. Fifth antennomere equal to fourth antennomere. Sixth antennomere about 1.3 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.8 times as long as and equal in width to fifth antennomere. Seventh antennomere about 0.9 times as long as wide at apex, slightly shorter and about 1.3 times as wide as sixth antennomere. Eighth antennomere about 0.7 times as long as wide at apex, subequal in length to and about 1.3 times as wide as seventh antennomere. Antennal club quite compact and long, about 4.0 times as long as wide in middle, slightly shorter than second–eighth antennomeres combined. Pronotum campanulate, equal in length and width at apex, about 0.7 times as long as midlength, about 0.6 times as long at pronotal base. Pronotal disk convex dorsally, coarsely punctate. Sides without erect setae. Scutellar shield convex, subequal in length and width. Elytra suboval, about 1.5 times as long as wide at base and at apical fourth, about 1.2 times as long as wide at midlength, about 3.4 times as long as pronotum. Humeri weakly convex. Elytral striae distinct. Interstriae weakly convex, densely rugose-punctate, 1.5-2.8 times as wide as striae. Prosternum punctate emarginate at anterior margin, depressed before coxae with carinate lateral borders. Precoxal portion short, about 0.4 times as long as length of procoxal cavity. Procoxal cavities quite widely separated. Postcoxal portion 1.2 times as long as precoxal portion. Mesocoxal cavities widely separated. Metanepisternum narrow, about 7.1 times as long as wide in middle, punctate. Metaventrite rather short, 1.4 times as long as metacoxal cavity length, convex, densely punctate. Abdomen ventrally convex, densely punctate. First ventrite 0.7 times as long as metacoxal length. Second ventrite about 0.9 times as long as first ventrite. Third ventrite equal to second ventrite. Posterior margin of second-fourth ventrites distinctly curved posteriad on lateral sides. Fourth ventrite about 0.9 times as long as third ventrite. Fifth ventrite about 2.7 times as long as fourth ventrite. Procoxae conical. Metacoxae transverse. Femora unarmed, sulcate for receiving tibiae. Pro- and mesofemora weakly clavate. Metafomora dilated. Tibiae unarmed. Metatibiae simple. Tarsi long. First tarsomere long-conical. Second tarsomere conical. Third tarsomere bilobed. Fifth tarsomere elongate. Tarsal claws divergent and dentate. Total body length (without rostrum) 2.6 mm. Length of rostrum 0.7 mm.

Comparison. The new species is similar to Imachra (Orchestoides) shirozui ( Morimoto, 1964) but differs in broad pronotum, more robust elytra, black tibiae, femora and rostrum, densely punctate elytral interstriae, pronotum without three stripes of scales, elytra without postscutellar patch and subbasal patches of scales.

Etymology. Patronymic. In honour of Dr. Vadim K. Zinchenko (Novosibirsk), who collected this specimen.

Localisation. Vietnam (Hòa Bình Province).
