Distribution in India: Arunachal Pradesh (Dirang Valley, Etalin) ( Lee, 2016a), Meghalaya (Cherrapunjee) ( Lee, 2016a), Sikkim (Lee et al., 1999), and West Bengal (Darjeeling, Kalimpong) (Lee et al., 1999). Global Distribution: Bhutan ( Lee, 2016b), China ( Lee, 2016a; Lee et al., 1999), India, Laos ( Lee, 2016a), Myanmar, Nepal (Lee et al., 1999), Thailand (Lee et al., 1999), and Vietnam (Lee et al., 1999).
