Like 78 but leaves 20-40 x 10 mm, acute, long-mucron- ate, glaucous; non-flowering branches absent; scales 6-7 mm; spikes 1-1-3 cm, with 5-6 spikelets per cm; spikelets 1 -flowered. Slopes near the sea. N.E. Sicilia. Si. (Libya.)
