Glabrous perennial 60-100 cm. Lower leaves broadly triangular in outline; lobes oblong, irregularly toothed or lobed. Rays 6-10. Bracts 0 or 1; bracteoles few, subulate. Fruit 10—12 mm. Limestone pastures. Kriti. Cr. (S.fV. Asia.)
