Distribution. India: Arunachal Pradesh (West Kameng), Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and West Bengal. Elsewhere: Bhutan, China, and Nepal ( Bielawski 1972; Canepari 1997; Poorani 2002b, 2004; Kovář 2007).
