Global: Australia, China, Indonesia ( Flores, Java, Moluccas, Sulawesi, Sumatara, Sumbawa), Laos, Malaysia (Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia), Myanmar, Nepal, Papua New Gunea, Philippines, Solomon Island, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor, Vietnam ( Kononenko & Pinratana 2013).
