More frequently with stolons than subsp. (a). Involucral bracts with numerous simple eglandular hairs, without or with few glandular hairs. C. & S.E. Europe.
H. pavichii Heuffel , Flora (Regensb.) 36: 618 (1853), from C. & S.E. Europe (2л =18), has been distinguished by its semiamplexicaul cauline leaves and long branches, but some plants in populations of H. piloselloides subsp. piloselloides have these characters.
