Comments. A female differing from the females of the other species studied here is recorded from the Colombian Amazon, in the department of Guaviare. This female stands out due to its darker coloration patterns compared to the females of H. woronovi , H. columbi , and H. gorochovi sp. nov., with more defined pronotal disc spots, unlike the diffuse spots seen in the other species. The recorded female is more robust, with a total length of 14.5 mm, exceeding the average length of the studied females.
It is possibly an undescribed species, as suggested by its morphology. Additionally, it was collected in the distributional gap currently existing between the localities of H. gorochovi sp. nov. and H. columbi to the north, and H. ankeri sp. nov. and H. ortoni to the south. The confirmation or rejection of this hypothesis will depend on the collection of conspecific males. For now, describing this female is not considered viable, as the taxonomy of the genus is primarily based on male characters.
