Raceme 10- to 18-flowered; peduncle very short. Bracts more or less equalling the recurved fruiting pedicels. Sepals 2-2-75 x 1 - 5-2 mm, dentate. Corolla 5-6(-8) mm, pale pink with the wings of the upper petal and apex of the inner petals dark purple; lower petal with patent margin. Fruit c. 1 - 75 x 1 - 75 mm, subglobose, nearly smooth or slightly rugose when dry, apex obtuse. S. Europe. Bu Co Ga Gr It Rm Rs (K) Sa T u [Ho].
