SA: Skvortzov, Noda 1968 [KwaZulu Natal Province, near Durban, in the ponds in Botanical Garden, between Salvinia sp. , leg. B. Skvortzov, 6 September 1962].
Note. It is a doubtful species; cell with 2 chloroplasts, possibly Euglena agilis- like species.
