According to Razowski & Brown (2008), “ Episimus caveatus is recorded from Central America ( Costa Rica and Panama), the Caribbean ( Jamaica), and northern South America (French Guiana, Guyana, Trinidad, and Venezuela), from sea level to ca. 1100 m elevation.” Those authors illustrated the adult and its male and female genitalia.
