Cryptolepadinae Ross & Frick, 2007b: 28, nom. nud.

Type genus. Cryptolepas Dall, 1872: 300 ; by monotypy.

Diagnosis (amended). Wall relatively light; termination of longitudinal flanges simple, not T-shaped; body chamber cup-shaped situated below surface of host tissues.

Genus and species included. Cryptolepas rhachianecti Dall, 1872 .
