* Cerithium ( Granulolabium) inaequinodosum Schff. — Schaffer 1912: 153, pl. 51, figs 51–53.
Type material. Lectotype designated herein: F/1150, SL: 21.8 mm, MD: 7.9 mm, Krahuletz Museum ( Eggenburg, Austria), specimen illustrated in Schaffer (1912: pl. 51, fig. 53).
Type locality. Nonndorf ( Austria) .
Stratigraphy. Early Miocene, Eggenburgian.
Discussion. This species is a rare morphotype of Granulolabium plicatum , with densely spaced, spirally elongated beads. It co-occurs with typical G. plicatum at Maria Dreieichen and Nonndorf ( Austria) and there is little reason to treat these shells as separate taxon.
Central Paratethys. Eggenburgian (Early Miocene): North Alpine Foreland Basin: Belpberg ( Switzerland) (Pfister & Wegm̧ller 2007); Maria Dreieichen, Nonndorf ( Austria) ( Schaffer 1912).
