Plant sparsely grey-tomentose, sometimes glabrescent. Stems procumbent. Lower leaves pinnatifid, with 4-7 segments on each side. Capitula subsessile. Involucre 10-30 x 10-25 mm, ovoid. 2« = 18. Coast of N. W. Italy.
