Distribution in Iran. Lorestan ( Švihla 1999). Tehran: Elborz Mts. ( Švihla 1999). Generic records: NW Iran ( Švihla 1999), Iran ( Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007).
Distribution outside Iran. Turkey ( Švihla 1999; Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007). Remarks. Transitional forms between the two subspecies ( funebris and marginiventris ) are present both in Turkey ( Hakkari province) and Iran ( Kermanshah).
