Hojas basales 3,5-8 × 0,9-2 cm, obovadas, dentadas, densamente tomentosas, blanquecinas, con pelos suaves. Sépalos 3-4 mm. Pétalos 5-7(9) mm. Frutos 6-10 × 1,2-17 mm; valvas orbiculares; estilo 4-5 mm. 2 n = 54.
Litoral, sobre substratos calcáreos rocosos, arenosos o arenoso-arcillosos; 50-110 m. III-V. ¨ S de España y Portugal. Esp.: Ma. Port.: Ag (BAl).
