Host plants/gall: Papaver rhoeas L., P. dubium L.—spherical gall (3–6 mm Ø) formed inside the capsules.
Distribution in Dobrogea: Agigea Natural Reserve of sand dunes, Eforie—on the Black Sea coast ( Andriescu, 1983), Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Comana village, Esechioi forest, „Fântâniţa”—Murfatlar Natural Reserve, Hagieni forest Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (Comorova forest), Şipotele, CT county ( Pujade-Villar & Şchiopu, 2015).
