Description: External morphology: Thin encrustation on dead scleractinian cup coral Desmophyllum sp. ( Fig. 17A). The holotype is almost completely overgrowing the underside of the cup coral that measures ~ 35 mm in diameter, thickness ~ 1.5 mm. Surface is hispid to hirsute. Oscules not apparent in preserved material.
