Synonymized by Hüdepohl (1990: 249) not by Gressitt and Rondon (1970: 59), who synonymized Mallambyx with Massicus View in CoL .
Distribution.
Oriental Region and the East Asian (or Himalayan-Chinese) subregion of the Palaearctic Region, including the south of the Russian Far East.
Remarks.
We follow Miroshnikov (2020 a, b) for the definition of the genus, and we treat Bulbocerambyx Lazarev, 2019 as its junior synonym.
