+ Al: Albania: Prefecture of Shkodër, Municipality of Velipojë, 41°51'42"N, 19°25'41"E, 1 m, ruderal places at the Velipojë seafront, 22 Oct 2024, Raus 35173 (B). – The occurrence in Albania is not unexpected. The nearest populations are reported from the vicinity of Ulcinj just c. 15 km away across the Albanian-Montenegrin border ( Peregrym & Dragićević (2024: fig. 9). The seed surface of the cited collection is made up of ± isodiametric, star-shaped cells with ± acute, tightly interdigitating rays, without any ornamentation by papillae or tubercles; for diagnostic iconography see Danin & Raus (2012: fig. 2b) and Bulakh & al. The nearest populations are reported from the vicinity of Ulcinj just c. 15 km away across the Albanian-Montenegrin border ( Peregrym & Dragićević (2024: fig. 10).
