Distribution. Endemic. Galápagos: Española, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz.
Remarks. Adults of this species ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 22–24 ) were most abundant in more humid zones, including Scalesia forest, but were also collected in arid and littoral zones (Forrest & Wheeler 2002). Adults have been observed on decomposing leaves of Scalesia ( Boada 2005) .
