Collection information.
USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: five individuals from four sites. Caught in flight trap from 25 March – 16 June 2020.
Distribution.
Southeastern United States ( Ciegler 2010).
Saproxylic habits.
unknown; larvae of Apteromechus Faust, 1896 mine the bark of recently dead trees ( Kissinger 1963).
