Treatment

depictus, Trochus – Deshayes, 1835b: 143-144, pl. 18, figs 23- 25. — Type locality: Peloponnese Peninsula, Greece. — Type age: Recent. — Type material:MNHN-IM-2000-21122, 8 syntypes. — Type species (OD) of Jujubinus ( Pictijubinus) F. Nordsieck, 1973: 6 , 10; F. Nordsieck (1982: 41), apparently having forgotten his original description, redescribed this subgenus with the same type species. It is now regarded as a synonym of Jujubinus Monterosato, 1884 .
