Original rank: species. Current rank and status: synonym of S. angulata Newport, 1844 ( Brölemann 1898, 1909; Kraepelin 1903; Attems 1930; Bücherl 1939, 1942 a).
Remarks: This name was omitted by Bücherl (1974).
