Morphology.
Habitus: Male (Fig. 5 D View Figure 5 ).
Antennae: Male and female (Fig. 13 E View Figure 13 ).
Distribution.
South East Asia and widespread in the Australasian realm. On New Guinea L. compactus is widespread especially in the lowlands, it is absent from the Baliem Valley and altitudes above 2,000 m ( Balke et al. 2015).
