Collection information.

USA: Georgia (new state record *): Clarke Co.: a single individual from one site. Caught in flight trap from 2–16 June 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern North America ( Hinson and Blinn 2018).

Saproxylic habits.

Emerged from hickory and dead stems of spice bush ( Lindera benzoin (L.) Blume ( Lauraceae )) ( White 1982), as well as dead hardwood pieces of various diameter and decomposition stages ( Ferro et al. 2012 a).
