Type species. Mutilla perfecta Sichel & Radoszkowski, 1869 (male), by original designation (the later designa- tion of Mutilla pectinata Sichel & Radoszkowski, 1869 by Lelej, 2005: 166 is an error (Arkady Lelej) and invalid).
Taxonomic history. Senior subjective synonym of Cameronilla Lelej in Lelej & Krombein, 2001 . Valid generic name.
Sex association. The female of the type species has not been recognized; the female of another species was associated and described by André, 1907: 251.
Distribution. Oriental, Palaearctic.
