Type (lectotype, designated here):— LAOS. Houaphanh: Sam-neua , 14 October 1920, Poilane 2089 (P! [ P06708254 ]; isolectotype P! [ P06708253 ]).
Gagnepain (1943) cited the specimen Poilane 2089 as type, without specifying the reference herbarium. Analysing the original collection, two duplicates of Poilane 2089 were found in P. For this reason, in accordance with Art. 9.3 of the ICN, is designate here the specimen P06708254 as the lectotype of Colona kodap by choosing the best-preserved specimen.
