Description of Robertmurraya siralis MBLB 3707
Cells are Gram-staining positive and rod-shaped with flagella. Colonies are white, circle, flat, and entire opaque after 3 days of incubation on MA at 30℃. Positive for urease activity. Negative for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, esculin hydrolysis, gelatinase, and β -galactosidase activities. Does not utilize D-glucose, L-arabinose, D-mannose, D-mannitol, N- acetyl-glucosamine, D-maltose, potassium gluconate, capric acid, adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate, and phenylacetic acid. Strain MBLB 3707 (NIBRBAC000510683) was isolated from soil of Gangneung , Gangwon-do, Korea (37°48 ʹ 14.9 ʺ N 128°54 ʹ 23.4 ʺ E) GoogleMaps .
