Diagnosis. This species resembles L. biclavata in the structure of the genital capsule and aedeagus but has the lateral aedeagal processes very slender, short and spinelike..

Description. Body length of male 6.3–6.4 mm, female 6.8 mm. Head in dorsal view with crown no longer medially than next to eye, 1.8× wider at base than medial length, anterior and posterior margins parallel. Male pygofer ~3.6×longer than maximum height, ventral spine well developed, conspicuously denticulate, extended anteroventrad and hooked slightly mesad. Subgenital plate extended nearly to midlength of pygofer, laterally convex basal section much shorter than concave distal section. Style moderately long and slender, preapical lobe prominent and obtuse, apex short, tapered and strongly curved laterad. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme moderately long and quadrate in lateral view; shaft slender, compressed, more or less evenly curved dorsad, dorsal and ventral margins minutely serrate preapically, apex obliquely tapered to sharp point, pair of slender spines as long as basal width of shaft arising near midlength and extended dorsolaterad; gonopore preapical on posterior surface. Female sternite VII wider than long, lateral margins slightly but evenly tapered, posterior unevenly convex, slightly indented in middle and with submarginal arcuate brown macula

Etymology. The species name is an adjective derived from the Latin deciduum (falling off) referring to the fragile lateral spines of the aedeagus which have apparently broken off in some examined specimens.

Material examined. Holotype male, THAILAND Loei, Phu Kradueng NP, Forest protection unit Loei.5 (Phakbung), 16º50.463'N 101º41.687'E 401m, Malaise trap 7–13.ii.2007, Sutin Khonglasae leg. T1495 [ QSBG] GoogleMaps . Paratypes, 1 male, 1 female, same data as holotype [both INHS] GoogleMaps .
