Diagnosis. This species resembles L. serrata in the structure of the genital capsule and style but differs in lacking a basal aedeagal process and having the apex of the shaft with three unpaired angulate projections.
Description. Body length of male 5.7–5.9, female 6.8–7.4 mm. Head in dorsal view with crown slightly longer medially than next to eye, 1.7× wider at base than medial length, anterior and posterior margins parallel. Male pygofer ~3.5× longer than maximum height, without ventral processes. Subgenital plate not reaching midlength of pygofer. Style relatively short, robust, preapical lobe broadly rounded, apex footlike with angulate heel opposite short toe. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme relatively long and slender in lateral view with apex somewhat expanded; shaft slender, somewhat compressed, bent dorsad at obtuse angle near base then straight, apex with acute triangular dorsal projection, smaller ventral tooth and slender slightly sinuate distal spine; gonopore apical on dorsal surface. Female sternite VII approximately as wide as long, lateral margins convexly tapered, posterior margin with large, broad median lobe forming nearly right angle and uniformly marked with dark brown.
Etymology. The species name refers to the three short distal processes of the aedeagus.
