The male genitalia of the new species resemble those of E. charadriella [ Baldizzone, 1988], a species described from the Volga-Ural region ( Kazakhstan, Uralsk). It differs in the ventral and dorsal angles of the sacculus, as well as the number and shape of outgrowths on the strands of the phallotheca.
