Hierba anual, glabra. Tallos 5-60 cm, erectos o erecto-patentes, ramificados, fistulosos, delgados. Hojas 2-3(4) pinnatisectas, de 3,5-10 cm, con divisiones de último orden de 1,5-7 × 0,5-1 mm; hojas basales pecioladas –pecíolos 2,5- 11 cm, envainadores–; las superiores sésiles. Umbelas sésiles o cortamente pedunculadas, con 1-5(8) radios de 5-25 mm. Pétalos ovados, agudos, a veces con ápice incurvado. Frutos 1,2-3 × 1,5-2 mm. 2 n = 14*.
Zonas ajardinadas irrigadas; 0-50 m. VI-VII. América. Naturalizada en Portugal y en zonas concretas de la costa mediterránea. Esp.: [(B)] [(V)]. Port.: [E] [(Mi)].
