Remarks. Trichodromeus penicillatus is a more widely distributed species of the genus in Middle Asia ( Shavrin 2024a). Some specimens of T. penicillatus have distinct sexual dimorphism in the shape of the head and the pronotum. I did not consider it in my previous study ( Shavrin 2024a). Some specimens from Fan Mts. (see above) have markedly broader postocular portions of head in males and narrower portions in females, and the pronotum is more convex and broader in males and somewhat flattened and shorter in females (see Figs 16–17 View FIGURES 15–17 ). The aedeagus of these specimens is similar to that illustrated in Figs 56, 58 in Shavrin (2024a), but the apical part of the median lobe is slightly narrower and longer.
