Type material. Holotype, sex uncknown ( NHMUK): “Type” (round, print, with red rim), “Waziristan, N. W. India Mar. April, 1930 Rev. G. Palacios. B.M. 1931-1.”, “ St. Xavier’s College Waziristan Excursion ” (blue ink stamp), “ Holotypus 1956 Lobodera waziristanica Kaszab ” (with red rim, handwritten by Kaszab), white museum label with QR code and number NHMUK015543663.

Distribution. Pakistan:Waziristan (now North Waziristan and South Waziristan districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province).
