Host plants/gall: Rosa spp. (as R. canina L., R. dumetorum Thuill. , R. gallica L., R. rubiginosa L., R. spinosissima L.) ( Rosaceae )—monolocular sphaerical gall (3–5 mm Ø) on the leaves (ussually).
Distribution in Dobrogea: vicinity of CocoŞ Monastery TL county ( Borcea, 1912), in most part of Romania ( Ionescu,
1973), Hagieni forest Natural Reserve CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
