Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q.r., Q. cer .—galls (2 × 4 mm) on the underside of leaves, fixed on main veins (- a -); ovoidal gall (1.5 × 3 mm) in lateral/terminal buds of old twigs (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: CocoŞ Monastery, Tulcea city, Isaccea TL county, Murfatlar CT county ( Borcea, 1912),

Valu lui Traian ( Ionescu, 1957), Amzacea forestry band, the forests Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Hagieni Natural Reserve and Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
