Host plants/gall: Q. lus ., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q.r. (- a -)—monolocular, elongated horn shaped gall (± 10 mm long), as a rule gregarious, on underside of the leaf lamina (- a -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Hagieni forest Natural Reserve CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
