Host plants/gall: Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—globular-ovoidal galls (1x 1.5 mm Ø), formed in anthers, stringed along catkin (- a -)*; monolocular, egg-shaped gall (± 10 mm length) into buds of young shoots (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: Northern Dobrogea TL county (Brândzӑ, in Ionescu, 1957), Negru Vodӑ forest, Neptun
(‚the grey oaks’ Natural Reserve), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
