Host plant/gall: Q. pub .—ovoidal monolocular gall (2 × 3 mm) in buds (- a -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Amzacea forestry band, Esechioi forest, CT county ( Pujade-Villar, Roca-Cusachs & Şchiopu, 2015).

World distribution: Italy ( Kieffer, 1898; Dalla Torre & Kieffer, 1910), Hungary ( Ambrus, 1974), Great Britain (Bagnall & Harrison, 1918), Croaţia ( Kwast, 2012), Türkiye ( Mutun & Dinç, 2015).
