Host plants/gall: Papaver rhoeas L., P.dubium L.—gall in basale buds, near ground.

Distribution in Dobrogea: the villages Comana-Amzacea, Comana-Pelinu; Constanţa Port, Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county ( Pujade-Villar & Şchiopu, 2015), forests—Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Hagieni Natural Reserve, „Fântâniţa”-Murfatlar Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, CT county (author, a new record).

(***) a new genus for the entomofauna of Romania.
