Eupelmus Messene Walker, 1839: 95 . Neotype ♀, BMNH (present designation). Type locality: New Zealand, Pelorus Bridge. – Bouček, 1988: 563 (synonym of Macroneura vesicularis ).

Theocolax Canadensis Provancher, 1883: 34 . Lectotype ♀, designated by Gahan & Rohwer, 1918: 199, ULQC, not examined. Type locality: Canada, Quebec, Cap Rouge. Syn. nov. Previously synonymized with Eupelmella vesicularis by Burks, 1963: 1262–1263.

Cerocephala canadensis – Ashmead, 1894: 32–33.

Eupelminus coleopterophagus Girault, 1916: 306–307 . Lectotype ♀ (present designation), USNM, examined. Type locality: USA, Minnesota, St. Paul. Syn. nov. Previously synonymized with Eupelmella vesicularis by Gahan, 1933: 52, 56.
